WATERFRONT CAFE POSITIONS
HOUSE MANAGER | $18 hr must enjoy a fast paced working environment heavy customer interaction, be positive and a creative problem solver. Knowledgeable of the complete food/beverage program and general understanding of bar/restaurant most common procedures. Duties include staff training and management, ordering, point of sale management scheduling opening/closing, money management and overseeing live music performers and special events.
PERFORMANCE MANAGER / HOST | $11 hr reports one hour before all performance related events and oversees each event through its entirety. Duties include setting up and running sound checks for amplification for Patio Stage musicians., acting as a liaison for the complimentary food & beverage program with artists, pre show, Intermission and post show stage announcements promoting WFC events, data entry of mailing list information and all other Host duties.
HOSTS | $11 hr
SERVERS | $6.10 + tips must have experience in high volume service and possess a commitment to the highest levels of customer service. Servers must pay great attention to detail and be knowledgeable of the complete food/beverage program. Must be a Team Player.
FOOD RUNNERS | $10 + tips
BARTENDERS (service bar) | $1o hr + tips
LINE COOKS | $15 hr with strong culinary skills, the ability to follow recipes & directions, respect of food quality and safety and excel in a fast paced environment.
DISHWASHER / BUSSER / FOOD PREP | $12 hr

7: FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION I-9 FORM* to be completed and submitted on or before the first day of employment. A photo copy of your photo ID and social security card must be included with the I-9 Form.
