We are seeking SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS to assist with our deli style kitchen and counter service model of operation. If you have a dynamic personality and are looking for a fun, high volume, fast-paced work environment, come join our team!

Candidates should be well rounded in the food service industry, enjoy a lively work setting and be available to work from Memorial Day through September 2025.

Food Assemblers pay special attention to the construction of food offerings and adhering to the food safety requirements and protocols set forth by Chicago’s Department of Public Health. Pay rate: $16.50 per hour + pooled tip share.

All Service Team Members must hold an Illinois Food Handler Permit, as well as, a BASSET Alcohol Certification if employment requires serving alcohol.

PAY RATE: $16.50 (hr) + pooled gratuity. Averaging approximately $30+ per hour, combined.
